Position Summary:
The IT Inter will be a support to the area, providing the necessary assistance to users and POS´s.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and solution proposals at main offices and all point of sales.
• Hardware (Switches, modems, backoffice and office pc´s, laptops, printers) troubleshooting.
• Hardware inventory and analysis support
• Configuration setup of hardware in main offices and all point of sales.
• Training and assistance to all new and existing HB Mexico employees.
• Analyzing and reporting of different information.
• Assisting in the implementation projects directed by HBAG and HB Mexico.
• Additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Age between 18 and 22 years old
• On going University studies related to electronics and communications
• If possible, 1 year experience in technical support
• Previous experience in managing IT functions
• Organization and ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional, oral and written communication skills
• Has to be flexible, used to dealing with multiple users and situations
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment
• Results driven
• Spanish and English spoken, read and written fluently
